Food Skills & Nutrition Educator
Jaryd is a professional chef and Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant. He graduated from SAIT culinary program. In 2007 and completed the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Program in 2017. He is currently Executive Chef at Cottonwood Golf and Country Club, and was formerly trained in classical French and Italian cuisine at La Petite Table And Viva 79 Restaurant. He loves to travel and has taken cooking classes in France, Italy and Mexico. He has been blessed to have talented family cooks, especially his grandmother and mom, who have helped mould him on his Culinary path.
He joined Poppy Innovations to teach people his knowledge for cooking and food, and to help bring healthy eating habits and recipes into people’s lives. Jaryd is always excited to learn new things about food, science and health and to meet new people and challenges.
