Natural Apple Mint Sports Drink

Making your own natural sports drink is easy and contains a list of healthy – and easy to pronounce – ingredients. Enjoy!

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch of salt
  • Bruised mint leaves
  • Frozen fruit for coolness and additional infused flavour


  • Fill a water bottle half way with a natural fruit juice of your choice and the other half with water.
  • Add in a pinch of salt and shake.
  • Add in additional flavourings as desired (mint, cucumber, frozen fruit).
