Natural Apple Mint Sports Drink
Making your own natural sports drink is easy and contains a list of healthy – and easy to pronounce – ingredients. Enjoy!
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup water
- pinch of salt
- Bruised mint leaves
- Frozen fruit for coolness and additional infused flavour
- Fill a water bottle half way with a natural fruit juice of your choice and the other half with water.
- Add in a pinch of salt and shake.
- Add in additional flavourings as desired (mint, cucumber, frozen fruit).
