  • Provision of executive leadership for childrens’ charity as catalyst of change during executive management transition
  • Supported the facilitation of long term recovery plan with High River and Government of Alberta

  • Created Fund Development Framework for SPEC Association of Children and Families. Raised over $32,000 unrestricted funds in four months. Additional $69,000 prospective funds pending grant applications.
  • Lead and received approval for first ever Operational Plan and Human Resources Strategy for childrens’ charity
  • Developed year-round event/program series for a community association to offer opportunities for family development and volunteering within the community
  • Developed Operational Plan for a community association, including fundraising strategy to financially augment implementation of the Plan
  • Drafted and received approval of Fund Development Plan for Dunbow Recreation Board
  • Participated in the Gardening Advisory Committee with the Twin Hill development on Calgary’s eastside to improve the quality of life within communities
  • Coordinated garden themed interactive activity during client’s promotional event
