Food Skills and Nutrition Educator
Stephanie recently graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science and a minor in Physical Activity. Stephanie spent her past two summers in Tanzania working on sustainable, community based health initiatives, first as a global health intern and then as a project manager. During her time in university she created and delivered nutrition programs to elementary children, teaching the benefits of healthy eating at a low cost. Stephanie’s interests include food security and healthy eating, while at the same time reducing our environmental impact.
In her free time she will most likely be in the mountains or at the local climbing gym. She is very excited to share her passion for nutrition, healthy eating, community empowerment, and the benefits of getting outside!
