Ingredients
  1. 1 small, ripe banana
  2. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  3. 4 ice cubes
  4. 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  5. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  7. 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
