Ingredients
  1. 1 cup apple juice
  2. 1 cup water
  3. pinch of salt
  4. Bruised mint leaves
  5. Frozen fruit for coolness and additional infused flavour
Instructions
  1. Fill a water bottle half way with a natural fruit juice of your choice and the other half with water.
  2. Add in a pinch of salt and shake.
  3. Add in additional flavourings as desired (mint, cucumber, frozen fruit).
